Store Policy
- Store Credit or Exchange Only
- Items are eligible for return if received by Holly's Flower Shop Boutique within 10 days of purchase date. Holiday Merchandise and Items marked down are final sale. Shoes must be returned without scuffs on the sole, and box must be new condition. Eligible items must have original tags attached WITH ORIGINAL RECEIPT OR GIFT RECEIPT!
- Merchandise must be in new / unworn condition without food or smoke odor.
- Shipping fees are customers responsibility and non refundable. Customer assumes all responsibility after merchandise is shipped.
- Damaged items are valid for store credit. Damaged items must be reported before wear with tags attached. Please refrain from chemicals and perfumes, while wearing or storing jewelry.
- All repairs must be approved by the manufacturer.

Gift cards must be present in order to use them!!
